One of the most important shifts an aspiring Passionpreneur can make is learning to stop thinking about products and start thinking about transformation. This may sound like a small distinction, but it changes almost every aspect of how you build a business. Many people become so focused on what they are selling that they forget to ask a far more important question: what change does this create for the customer?
Customers rarely buy products for the sake of owning products. They buy products because they want a different outcome. They want to solve a problem, achieve a goal, improve a situation, or experience a desired result. The product itself is simply the vehicle that helps them get there.
Consider the fitness industry. Most people do not purchase workout programs because they are passionate about workout plans. They purchase them because they want to become healthier, stronger, more energetic, or more confident. The program is not the destination. It is the pathway.
